I'm not a large customer of CSA Transportation's but every time I deal with your company, I feel like I'm a million dollar account. Your people in Dallas are very receptive to my needs and requirements. Most, if not all the shipments generated from the US that you handle are transferred to another carrier for furtherance eastbound.

My main contact in Ontario for CSA Transportation is Sara Cousins, Business Development Specialist. I cannot say enough about this employee! She is an "on the ball" type of individual that takes care of all my requests. She ensures that operations are kept up to speed with what has to happen to ensure efficient transfer to my eastbound carrier. It's always a pleasure to deal with Sara and thought it important to convey to you how fortunate I am to have a point of contact like Sara and John McLean in Dallas.

We have worked very closely with CSA since 2001. During that time they have always been able to arrange all of our transport needs including both full loads and LTL. In addition to on time deliveries, there have been no issues with damaged product. CSA is very responsive in supplying proof of deliveries or any additional paperwork that we have requested.

We have a very strict shipping policy on the condition of the trucks we use to ship our food grade items; CSA has always respected and complied with this policy.
