Guidelines for Effective Use of the Automated Email Quote System:

Provide a company name (on the same line as the address separated by a comma). Company names help identify warehouses with high traffic and extended driver wait times so that we may provide the most accurate quote.

The system will not work with emails that have been Forwarded or Replied To. Please create a new email for each request.
- Include one request per email; the system cannot read requests for multiple individual quotes within the same email.
- Please refrain from using special characters and/or brackets, the system will not understand the use of these as separators or as indicators. Ex: (@*#&[{% etc.
- Add each pallet or piece to its own line ↵. Show dimensions in inches, use Length x Width x Height. Show weight as lbs on the same line as the dimensions.
- List the Commodity below the pallets/pieces section.
- List Special Requirements like "Tailgate Pickup" or "Appointment Delivery" below the Commodity Section (each separated by a comma).

Please note: “Commodity: Chemicals” does not indicate a special requirement, instead use the special requirements section with a description like: “Dangerous Goods: UN#1234”.

If you have a Transportation Management System (TMS) or an IT development team, we offer Quotes, Order Scheduling, and Tracking via API, enabling direct communication between your system and ours. The benefits of using our API include:
- Seamless integration, removing the need for manual order entry
- Instant access to quotes, order placements, and tracking updates directly within your system
- Real-time status updates synchronized with your system
Freeform emails are accepted, but they are not preferred for the following reasons:
- They often contain inconsistent formats and incomplete information.
- They require manual interpretation by our customer service team, resulting in longer processing.
For faster service, we strongly encourage using the Online Portal or the Automated Email System.
To request Net 30 credit terms, please complete the CSA Credit Application form and submit it to credit@shipcsa.com. Three references are required, with at least one being from a transportation company you currently do business with. To expedite the process, please inform your references to add credit@shipcsa.com to their trusted sender list.

Cheque: Payable to CSA Transportation and mail to the address provided on the invoice.
PayPal: We accept the PayPal payment method in Canadian dollars only. This method can only be used if your billing currency is in Canadian dollars. Please request a PayPal link from payments@shipcsa.com and we will send this to you.
Credit Card: We accept MasterCard and Visa. Please note that credit card payments may be subject to a surcharge.
Payment Instructions: Please reference your client ID, invoice number, and payment amount for total payments in the payment backup.
